Hi all! This is a blog dedicated to SoC’s Rag 2009. Rag and Flag is campus wide events organized by NUS Students’ Union every year. Rag day is a time where every faculty and hall will come out with a float and performance. This year, we will be doing a float with the theme of “Time”, so lets have fun!
